Orders & Shipping:

Once your order is placed, we’ll notify you via email with a confirmation of receipt. You’ll receive another email once your order has been dispatched and accepted for delivery.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you’ve confirmed your order through email or mobile.Additonal 99 INR is charged on all COD orders. 

Dispatch & Packaging

• Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments depending on the availability of the product(s).

• Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Timelines

• We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Our delivery partners will work to bring your package to you as quickly as possible. If they’re unable to reach your provided address or deliver at the selected time, they will get in touch with you to resolve the issue promptly.
