REFUND & CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders placed on SUPR by Ezzy Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. To cancel your order, kindly contact our customer support team at support@supr.co.in.

• Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process the cancellation and initiate the refund within 7 business days.
• Please note that orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

REFUND POLICY 

SUPR does not accept returns or initiate refunds unless the product meets one of the following criteria:

1. The product was damaged during transit.
2. The product received has a physical defect.
3. An incorrect product was shipped. 

To report such issues, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@supr.co.in with photos of the product and a description of the issue.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• The product has been used.
• The seal is broken.
• The serial number or packaging has been tampered with.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect and validate the issue. If deemed eligible, we will process your replacement or refund. 

• If your return request is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued within 7 business days for online payments. The amount will be credited to the original source of payment (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.).
• For COD orders, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 14 business days of request approval.
• If the return is deemed ineligible, we will courier the product back to you.
