We want your first SUPR experience to feel effortless and safe to try. That’s why we’ve created a simple, no-risk policy for all first-time orders of 1kg or more.
Here’s how it works:
• With your first 1kg+ order, we include free sachets inside the box.
• Try the sachets first. Only open the big pack if you’re fully satisfied.
• Not happy with the taste or feel? No stress you can either:
• Get a full refund
• Request a flavour change (we’ll send a replacement)
Important Terms for Return/Refund:
• Refund/return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The 1kg pack must be unopened and intact to qualify.
• Customers will need to cover the return shipping cost.
• Once we receive the returned product in good condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days directly to your account.
This policy is our way of saying we trust our product, and we want you to feel the same, without pressure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders once placed on SUPR by Ezzy Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. cannot be cancelled; they can be converted into gift cards. To initiate the process for a gift card, kindly contact our customer support team at support@supr.co.in.
REFUND POLICY
SUPR does not accept returns or initiate refunds unless the product meets one of the following criteria:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product received has a physical defect.
- An incorrect product was shipped.
To report such issues, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@supr.co.in with photos of the product and a description of the issue.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used.
- The seal is broken.
- The serial number or packaging has been tampered with.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect and validate the issue. If deemed eligible, we will process your replacement or refund.
If your return request is approved, a replacement or a gift card will be issued within 7 business days for online payments. The amount will be credited to the original source of payment (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.).
For COD orders, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 14 business days of request approval.
If the return is deemed ineligible, we will courier the product back to you.
INSURANCE
Ezzy Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. provides transit insurance to ensure your products arrive safely. This insurance is valid only until the product is delivered and accepted by the customer.
