SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY


Orders & Shipping:

Once your order is placed, we’ll notify you via email with a confirmation of receipt. You’ll receive another email once your order has been dispatched and accepted for delivery.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you’ve confirmed your order through email or mobile.Additonal 150INR is charged on all COD orders. 

Dispatch & Packaging

Orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments depending on the availability of the product(s).

Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Timelines

We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: No shipping charges for orders above ₹799.

Below ₹899: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Our delivery partners will work to bring your package to you as quickly as possible. If they’re unable to reach your provided address or deliver at the selected time, they will get in touch with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Currently, SUPR only ships within India.

Returns:

At SUPR, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy is as follows: 

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or used are not eligible for return.
  1. Process for Returns:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@supr.co.in with your order details and reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  1. Refunds:
    • Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Gift cards, promotional items, and products purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
